This event was originally set as an outdoor beach party, but with inclement weather conditions we needed to pull the party inside at the last minute. We immediately transferred the decor indoors, transforming a general session set-up in the ballroom into a beach party casino themed event. Through our great relationships and tight communication every step of the way, we pulled off an amazing event with the help of our hotel production team and top-notch vendors.
